Will my Product break during shipping?
Rest assured your product will be safely shipped with care. We have shipped across North America with no issues. The material we use is also very strong and not fragile.
Can I get my product personalized?
Yes of course! We offer amazing custom calligraphy services. The best way to order a custom piece is to use the form on our website, or contacting us directly on Instagram, Facebook or email.
Some products will have a form for customizations so please check out the custom collection.
How do I hang my wall art?
Our wall art will come with instructions to follow on how to hang using nails. Alternatively another way to hang your art will be to use 3M command strips or double sided tape.
What payment methods do you offer?
Islamic Wooden Art is powered by Shopify and supported by many payment methods including PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Your payment is secure with SSL and we do not see your payment data any way.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship overseas?We currently ship in North America and will slowly add more countries over time. Please contact us on Instagram, Facebook, or Email if outside of North America and we will gladly try our best to get the product to you.
Can I return my product?
Yes there is a 10 day return period starting once the product has arrived at your address. There are some things that cannot be returned like personalized items or the 8 ft collection. Please check our return policy for more info.
